We used it whilst on a campsite with persons with disabilities. Many chair users spent ages in the Bouncy Castle as they could relax out of their chair, and have some gentle movement whilst dancing to some of their favourite tunes. Everyone loved it!

Hi there I would like to give you an excellent review. Everything went very smoothly right from the beginning with ordering the items through to delivery and collection. The bouncy castle was just right for our grandsons birthday party and well worth the price charged and a great time was had by all.

We had a great time yesterday with the Thomas the Tank Engine themed bouncy castle - the kids loved it and my son was on it most of the afternoon! It was delivered and collected on time and the staff were very friendly.

Everything went perfect. The team arrived on time (both at drop off and pick up) and where very friendly and efficient. The children loved the castle and practically 'assaulted' it. Overall I was a very happy customer as I believe the service was also good value for money and would use your company again (I have two other children, so this is likely)

We decide to throw my son a big jungle themed 1st birthday party - but with his birthday falling in April, there's no certainty to the weather. For a week before his birthday, I was constantly checking the weather. Finally, into the final 24 hours, the weather was clear so I called Kevin at JV to see what they could turn around in such a short time. Kevin duly obliged and confirmed the jungle bouncy with slide was available. Booking via phone was quick and simple. The bouncy castle was set up on time before all the guests arrived and was collected as promised once the last guest had left. Great item to hire with fantastic service. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks me!

Thanks so much for arranging the bouncy castle and my son absolutely loved it. The guys setting it up were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. They were very nice to my son which he appreciated on his birthday! We were all really happy with the castle itself, the kids loved it and was used through the whole party. It was clean and well looked after and very safe for the range of ages we had at the party. Guys set it up really securely and left an extra extension lead so cables could be tidied out of the way and not create a trip hazard. Instructions given were great and it was all so simple and safe to use. The guys collected promptly and tidied everything up really well, again asking my son about his party which made him feel important on his birthday. The service and product delivered by your company was fantastic. Setup was completed on time and quickly. Also the collection was done at the right time with no complaints about having to collect the balls even with a couple of kids still playing on the play zone towards the end. A very polite man delivered our bouncy castle 30 minutes before we needed it (I selected the option of delivery up to 30 minutes early), he set it up quickly, with no problems, ran us through the safety information and then arrived on time to take it down again. Thank you for supplying my 3 inflatables for our family party on Saturday. Although the weather was definitely not kind to us, all the children had a great time in the rain and the Dash n Grab bungee was by far the biggest hit. Even the smaller children had a bit of a go. I think it will be a regular usage one for us going forward. It was absolutely hilarious watching the kids in the rain. If only we had had the weather on Sunday for our games day on the Saturday. I am sure more adults would have been outside and using the inflatables.

The guys who set up and took everything down were great, very polite and extremely efficient. The night crew, managed three massive inflatables in the dark and were rewarded with quite a few cakes!

I just want to say that I could not be happier with the service we received from JV bouncy castles. From the moment we made the booking, I had constant communication and reassurance. The bouncy castle was fantastic. My wedding guests thought it was a brilliant touch and we were all up there bouncing! It made for some incredible photos and we had so much fun. The bouncy castle was the highlight of my 12 year olds party. When I wanted a Castle for my birthday party I phoned several people offering to hire them. All businesses were answered by machines and promised a call back. Despite this I rang again but machines again and again no response. Two months later I am still waiting for them to call back. Disgraceful!! Imagine my surprise when I rang your number and spoke to a person. Not only that but I was able to discuss my requirements and make a firm booking and this without payment. Several days later I phoned to advise that I might change the venue if the weather was bad on the day I had booked. You advised me that it would not be acceptable to erect a castle at the Hall and offered me the chance to cancel. A week before the party you Emailed me to confirm the delivery arrangements. On the day of the party I paid agreed price and you did everything as agreed. Delivered and collected at the proper time by to very willing and helpful young men. Wonderful service - not the cheapest - but undoubtedly the best. I have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody wanting peace of mind.

The event was a great success thank you. Despite a bit of rain everyone had a good time and got involved.

The inflatables were a highlight for most, dash and grab was a big hit and the children loved the helter skelter. Your team were professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for setting up or taking down the inflatables so it took a bit longer but that’s understandable.

This was my first booking with your company and I have to say I am very impressed with the service I received from start to finish. Initially my queries before booking were answered promptly and politely and once booked it was good to have all the paperwork emailed to me to refer to and for piece of mind. In the run up to the party I was sent emails to reassure me my booking was still in place and all the timings were so I had no need to ring and check everything was OK, which was a relief as I had a million other party jobs to do! On the day of the booking the boys were a few minutes late but phoned in advance to let me know that. He was attentive and thoughtful, an example of which was running cabling around the outside of the garden to avoid a tripping hazard. The castle itself was as expected, positioned exactly where asked and in very good condition / order – The kids loved it….even in the rain and windy November weather!! Pick up was, again, on time and as expected, 2 men spent no time at all and left everywhere exactly as it was found. We will turn no where else when booking bouncy castles in the future…

I hired one of yours Pirates Bouncy castle on 20th of Sep/15 . That was my first interaction with JV Bouncy Castles. I placed an order on Friday around 3:15 pm for Sunday delivery. Just before 1.45 hours before you close for two days. I was a bit worried whether I would get a castle or not, I was surprised and glad when I got your final confirmation email on Sunday morning 12.15 am that you will be delivering on agreed time. We hired the bouncy castle to celebrate my daughter turning 3 and son turning 1. We were having a fairly large party with lots of kids and the bouncy castle really did the trick. We chose to hire with JV because they had the activity castle and we wanted something more then just a standard bouncy castle and it was amazing. The kids had so much fun running around and playing hide and seek, jumping through the holes it entertained them for ages. They asked for permission to pick up later which they did but this didn't worry us. All in all great service would use again.

We hired the Bucking Bronco and rain cover for our Barn Dance on 18th July were very impressed with the service provided by JV. They arrived in good time, set up and packed away exactly as planned and were very friendly and helpful.
